- Tape dispenser for two-sided tape
- Shrink wrap
- Brown paper sheet


Two-sided tape
Franklin County bought 170 rolls and was able to get for $11.23 per roll. Approximately 10 shields per roll. Check with the company directly through their toll free number for a better price than their website

Shrink wrap
Duck brand of shrink wrap or stretch wrap worked well because it is a roll with handles that makes applying the wrap to the two-sided tape much easier. Produces about 250 shields out of a roll

Brown paper sheets
These sheets are used to put between the shields when stacked to prevent them from sticking to one another. Cost is just about $.11-12 each.
